I enjoyed my stay in a functional room with a beautiful mountain view, just as I had hoped.

Staying here for a short break was excellent, totally recommendable. Absolutely amazing and great hotel, the idea of having double room was great. The staff was affable, helpful all the time. The location was marvellous as for me, short walk to the next restaurant, the outskirts of Elena, and a hill. Found Symposium with perfect drinks 200 metres away. I really enjoyed the outdoor restaurant with savoury cuisine.

Functional and huge rooms available with a bedroom and mountain view plus a great balcony...

I spent two nights at this hotel, enjoyed delicious food at the outdoor restaurant, and appreciated the quick service.

Just spent 3 wonderful nights at Complex Panorama. Rooms were spotless and staff very attentive. the spa was amazing and the restaurant served delicious and reasonably priced food. the owner is very hands-on and goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. the beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were spacious and immaculate. The location is great for relaxation, with beautiful views. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all 😊.

The spa and wellness centre was a great place to relax and unwind. The garden was beautiful and added to the overall aesthetic of the hotel. The daily full English breakfast was a delightful and filling start to the day.

Oh, how I missed having a mirror in my room! It's so much fun getting ready in the morning without being able to see myself properly.

The views from the hotel were amazing, especially from our room with the large balcony. The room itself was spacious and bright, with all the amenities we needed. The highlight of our stay was definitely the restaurant. The food was delicious, with a great variety of both traditional and international dishes. We also enjoyed the convenience of the late working times at the spa.

The spa was a dream - I soaked in the jacuzzi and got pampered with a massage. And let's not forget the amazing breakfast that kept me full all day!

Who needs a mirror in the room anyways? It's much more fun trying to do your makeup in the bathroom with steam and limited lighting.

We had an amazing time at this hotel nestled just on a hill in the outskirts of Elena. the view from our room was breathtaking and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the staff, although English was limited, were helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant.

The breakfast options were limited and we were disappointed by the lack of buffet or menu choices.

The rooms at Spa Complex Panorama are absolutely amazing! Each room includes a flat-screen TV, so we could unwind and watch our favorite shows after a long day of exploring. Plus, the balcony with mountain views was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The private bathroom was also well-equipped with a refreshing shower and complimentary toiletries. As casual travelers, we were delighted with these room amenities.

I personally would have preferred a larger desk in the room. But hey, that's just my preference!

The views from the room and balcony were beautiful. The staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel had a clean pool, perfect for swimming. The room was spacious and well-equipped.

Located on a hill with great views, just a 15 mins walk to city center. Large, bright room with comfy bed, sofa, and balcony. Nice bathroom with built-in speakers. Delicious dinner at the restaurant. Good spa facilities with late working times. Helpful staff.

I recently had the most mind-blowing stay at a fabulous hotel. The rooms were jaw-droppingly spotless and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a super comfortable stay. The spa facilities were absolutely incredible, offering a jacuzzi, sauna, and massage options that were out of this world. The outdoor swimming pool was a total delight, and the seating options were plentiful. The hotel even had free parking available, so we had no trouble finding a spot. The air conditioning in the room was a relief during the hot weather, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment when we needed a break from exploring. The restaurant in the hotel blew us away with its delicious and reasonably priced food, and the bar/lounge area was a great spot for relaxing with a drink. I can't forget to mention the kids club, which kept the little ones entertained while we enjoyed some much-needed relaxation time. The lift made getting around the hotel a breeze, and the shared kitchen was a convenient option for those who prefer to prepare their own meals. VIP check-in/-out made us feel like true VIPs throughout our stay. our experience at this hotel was absolutely unforgettable and we can't wait to return in the near future.
